We are looking for a dependable, upbeat, and customer-focused Automotive Scheduler to help support our service department. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Scheduler, you will be one of the first points of contact for our service customers. Your role is to create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience by helping customers schedule service appointments and get connected to the right resources.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and recommended services
- Make outbound follow-up calls to support customer retention and appointment setting
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and web inquiries
- Provide basic service information and direct customers to the appropriate department when needed
- Accurately document customer communication in CRM and dealership systems
- Work closely with teammates, service staff, and management to support a seamless customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, coaching, and process improvement efforts

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for much of the day
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
Preferred Experience
- Call center experience
- Scheduling or appointment-setting experience
- Automotive or dealership experience
