ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (SaaS Learning Products)

What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth across white space and existing accounts
- Build tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue
- Understand customer goals and align with the org's value proposition
- Apply MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, CSRs, marketing, product, and engineering
- Engage executive stakeholders and close six-figure deals ($200K+)
- Travel up to 30% to advance strategic partnerships
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success exceeding $1M+ annual revenue targets
- Experience selling to C-Suite, tech leaders, and talent executives
- Strong business development and prospecting skills
- Mastery of MEDDPICC or value-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
- EdTech experience is a plus
Work Location & Travel Requirements
- This is a remote role
- If located within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX offices should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
