Job Description We’re Hiring: Receptionist for Our Animal Hospital
Do you love people and their pets?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, kind, and dependable receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy, compassionate animal hospital.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients who adore (and sometimes worry a lot about) their furry family members—so a calm, caring attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
What you’ll do:
✨ Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
✨ Help manage appointments and phone calls
✨ Support our veterinary team with organization and scheduling
✨ Offer reassurance and smiles to anxious pet parents
What we’re looking for:
A genuinely friendly, patient, and upbeat personality
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a lively, pet-filled environment
Bonus points if you speak Spanish or Korean!
