Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Du Bois, PA, serving a preschool early intervention caseload. This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year in May. Two full-time openings and one part-time position are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to preschool-aged children in an early intervention setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate services and track outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, particularly in early intervention programs
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Ability to engage children effectively and adapt therapy approaches to individual needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
