High-growth aerospace manufacturer is hiring a Quality Engineering Lead to support a newly expanded value stream. This is a people-first leadership role with clear runway beyond “Lead” for the right candidate.
Role Highlights

<li>Lead 5–8 Quality Engineers / QA Techs</li>
<li>Own NCRs, CAPA, PFMEA, root cause</li>
<li>Partner closely with Operations &amp; Manufacturing</li>
<li>Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement culture</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>5+ years Quality Engineering experience</li>
<li>Prior people leadership (Lead / Supervisor / Manager)</li>
<li>Aerospace or Defense preferred (Medical/Automotive OK)</li>
<li>AS9100 / ISO 9001, GD&amp;T familiarity</li>
<li>U.S. Person required</li>
