Manpower is hiring Process Auditors to support Acushnet, the #1 maker of golf balls.

We’re seeking Process Auditors to help ensure Acushnet’s manufacturing operations meet the highest standards. In this pivotal role, you’ll verify process accuracy, prevent defects, and support continuous improvement - all within a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm, Monday–Friday
- Weekend Shift: Friday 11pm - 11am, Saturday 11pm - 11am (double time!), and two weeknights of your choice!
Pay Rate: $20/hour
What You’ll Do
Lead Process Audits
- Conduct routine audits across production lines to ensure compliance with all standards and specifications
- Review product dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packaging
- Identify potential quality issues early and collaborate with operators and team leaders
- Accurately document findings for tracking and continuous improvement
Conduct Detailed Inspections
- Inspect materials, components, and finished goods for quality requirements
- Verify calibration and functionality of equipment used in testing
- Monitor process checkpoints throughout production for consistency
Perform Hands-On Product Testing
- Carry out physical tests including measuring, weighing, durability checks, and fit/function evaluations
- Record results using established QA tools and documentation
- Provide feedback to help determine product acceptance or rework
Collaborate with Your Team
- Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and QA teammates
- Support team goals focused on quality, safety, and productivity
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn Quality Assurance and sampling methods
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects
- Clear communication skills - written and verbal
- Basic English reading/writing for documentation and safety requirements
