Our organization is in search of a full-time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine Physician to become a part of our Academic Internal Medicine - Sherman Pavilion Team situated in Muskegon, Michigan.

Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient department affiliated with Trinity Health Muskegon Lakeshore, conveniently located near the hospital.
  • Our Academic Internal Medicine office caters to adults, focusing on diagnosing medical issues, managing chronic diseases, and providing comprehensive care for patients with multiple health concerns.
  • Involvement with the Internal Medicine Residency program, which includes 21 residents rotating through the clinic.
  • This position is designated for a 1.0 clinical FTE, with no mandatory precepting responsibilities.
  • The office operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate the physician's needs.
  • Call responsibilities are shared among physicians within the medical group.
  • The medical center provides convenient on-site access to various services, including Lab, Neurology, OMM, Geriatrics, Imaging, and Pharmacy.

Qualifications:

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
  • Candidates must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within two years of eligibility.
  • A valid State of Michigan medical license is required upon employment.
  • DEA license is necessary.
  • BLS certification is required, with ongoing recertification.
