Job DescriptionExpedient is hiring a Channel Customer Success Manager. This role blends partner enablement with customer success to drive adoption, revenue, and satisfaction across Expedient’s partner ecosystem and AI CTRL platform customers. You will serve as a strategic liaison between Expedient, its trusted advisors, and end customers—educating, training, and enabling both groups to maximize the value of Expedient’s secure, enterprise-ready AI and cloud solutions.

This is a hybrid role and you will be needed in Cleveland for initial 6 months. Travel will be required to partner and customers sites. Operating in both channel-facing and customer-facing capacities, you will foster growth, expand usage, and ensure positive business outcomes by aligning Expedient’s solutions with client and partner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training and onboarding programs for partners and trusted advisors.
  • Coach partner sales and engineering teams on Expedient’s solutions, services, and AI CTRL value proposition.
  • Execute national partner growth plans, with a focus on channel expansion and bench partners.
  • Oversee deal registration processes and create engaging sell-with/sell-out programs.
  • Conduct webinars, events, and other cadences to drive awareness of marketing resources and partner initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Gather feedback and track customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS), coordinating with support and product teams to resolve challenges.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve measurable business results from AI solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, product) to align enablement and customer success with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for partners and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional training/certifications in customer success, channel management, or AI-related fields a plus.
  • 3–5 years in customer success, partner enablement, account management, or similar roles in technology/SaaS.
  • Proven record of driving adoption, enablement, and growth across customer or partner accounts.
  • Experience with AI, cloud solutions, or enterprise software strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Consultative sales and relationship-building abilities; influence without authority.
  • Analytical mindset, able to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, customer-first approach, with adaptability, accountability, and passion for AI-driven transformation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Salary is based on candidate skills and experience - estimated salary is approximately $65k to $100k.
