Lead HVAC Installer – Residential & Light Commercial

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and help guide installation projects and mentor junior installers.
Position Summary
The Lead HVAC Installer will oversee and perform installations of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring newer installers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install and configure HVAC systems according to manufacturer specs and local codes.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on-site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid Washington 06A electrical license (required).
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design and installation.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops).
