Salary: $20.00 - $21.00/hour

Now Hiring: CDL Route Delivery Driver (CLASS A or B)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL Driver for a well-established company in Grand Rapids, MN. This is a local, home every night position and includes interacting with customers, unloading the truck, stocking shelves, and working for a company that values professionalism and quality service.

Wages: Start at $20 - $21/hour, with increases after 60 days, based on performance.

Schedule & Route Information:

Monday - Thursday, local and home every night
Start times vary; all routes typically leave by 6:00 AM
Routes run approximately 10 - 12 hours per day
Deliveries are to retail outlet stores and involve using a 2-wheel dolly down a ramp into stores

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate commercial vehicles to deliver pre-sold products to customers
Unload products, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are neat and organized
Provide friendly, professional customer service, answer questions and build rapport with store staff
Perform basic mechanical checks and routine maintenance on commercial vehicles
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Qualification Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A or B and a clean driving record
Basic mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Neat and professional appearance
Ability to lift, push, and pull products using a dolly
Must pass a motor vehicle check and drug screen
