Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office's secretarial duties, including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative items.
- Inbound/outbound call management with various lead sources, customers, service providers, vendors, etc.
- Create and organize work orders for newly signed projects through collaboration with sales and project management
- Lead and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement office policies that align with our company values and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with team members to organize and oversee meetings, appointments, etc.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office environment by supporting staff and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential / home services (roofing, solar, plumbing / HVAC, landscaping, remodeling, etc.)
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing office operations and administrative functions effectively.
- Proven track record of implementing efficient office systems and procedures.
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, vendors, and service providers.
- Familiarity with human resources tasks, including policy facilitation and compliance.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
