Job Summary:
A Plastic Surgery office in the Palm Beach Gardens area is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional front-desk and administrative support in a polished, upscale medical environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, and capable of representing the practice to a high-end clientele with grace and professionalism. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude

Answer phones, respond to emails and text messages promptly

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Handle patient check-in/check-out, intake forms, and insurance verification

Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately

Perform typical back-office administrative duties

Support pre-op and post-op coordination as needed
-
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Schedule & Pay:
-
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility based on procedure schedule)

Part-time (approximately 30 hours/week)

Temp-to-perm opportunity

Pay range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
