We are seeking a skilled and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, chat, and text—providing excellent service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry, and experience using ServiceTitan or similar customer management platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text

Schedule service appointments and follow-ups

Assist with account updates, service questions, and billing concerns

Coordinate with technicians and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan or similar CRM software

Provide a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented experience for every customer
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services

Prioritizing customer experience is a must

Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple communication channels
