We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Loan Operations Specialist at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm.
About the Role:
A successful Loan Operations Specialist possesses a keen attention to detail and professional communication skills. A Loan Operations Specialist is a team player and has great time management skills.
Primary Job Functions:
- Credit and collateral exception tracking and clearing
- Prepare Release of Liens and NOA's
- Work various daily tasks and reports
- Process insurance received via mail
- Support the team on tasks needed

Essential Job Functions:
- Credit and collateral exception tracking and clearing
- Prepare Release of Liens and NOA’s
- Work various daily tasks and reports
- Process insurance received via mail
- Support the team on tasks needed
- Be familiar with Loan Policy
- Basic understanding of lien perfection
- Process Notices
- Receive documents daily such as title policies, deed of trust, UCC's, etc. and enter them on collateral tracking system
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Comply with all federal, state, and bank policies, procedures, laws and regulations
- Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program.

Knowledge Required:
1. Customer and Personal Service
2. PC Skills: Input data, edit and/or create documents or reports in bank systems as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Education and/or Experience:
1. Bank experience in a lending capacity is preferred but not required.
