Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
