Arctic Cat is hiring! We are ready to bring on a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for Thief River Falls, St Cloud and the Twin Cities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers, develops outreach initiatives, and supports continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining exceptional candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles across multiple locations.
  • Manage new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the organization.
  • Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop, enhance, and document recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and department teams to create and refine interview guides and selection tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding practices.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities to attract diverse talent.
  • Track and accurately report talent acquisition analytics to management, including recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed of changes to state and federal employment laws that impact recruiting, hiring, and onboarding practices.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities remain compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve candidate experience, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution across all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:


  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Ability to travel for career fairs or onsite recruiting needs, as required.
