Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient progress</li>
<li>Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely patient records</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment</li>
<li>Support clinic operations and patient flow</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program</li>
<li>Active PTA license (state-specific as applicable)</li>
<li>Strong communication and patient care skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior outpatient or clinical experience</li>
<li>Experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation</li>
