Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing critical 1:1 support to students in a school setting, this position focuses on assisting children from kindergarten through 12th grade with individualized behavioral and educational plans. The role offers per diem hours, allowing flexibility in scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Supporting students behavioral and educational goals under the supervision of teachers and behavior analysts
Collaborating with school staff to follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Monitoring and recording student progress
Assisting in creating a positive and supportive learning environment

Desired qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, ABA Therapist, or related role in educational settings
Familiarity with state IEP programs is preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory

This per diem role is based in Olivehurst, California, near Yuba City, offering the opportunity to work with students across local schools.
