Job Description
Griswold Receivers is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work closely with the leadership team to achieve executive efficiency and support business development initiatives. This role combines executive administrative duties, business development coordination and light office management.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable in professional services environments and interested in helping grow a firm—not just maintain one. A successful Executive Assistant will reduce the leadership team’s administrative burden, increase time available for business growth, systemize business development and support marketing outreach.
To be clear, this role is not a general receptionist role, not entry-level and not purely administrative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
· Serve as professional gatekeeper for inbound requests
· Prioritize competing demands faced by leadership team and protect strategic time blocks
· Prepare daily/weekly priority briefings
· Track business relationship touchpoints and follow-up tasks
· Coordinate conference and industry event participation
· Light administrative/office-management duties
· In-office position
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
✔ 3+ years supporting a senior executive or business owner
✔ Experience in legal, real estate or related professional services industries
✔ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
✔ Proactive and anticipatory mindset
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
✔ Experience utilizing AI tools
✔ Experience coordinating digital marketing tasks
✔ Familiarity with HubSpot
✔ Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools

WHAT IS THE RECEIVERSHIP REMEDY?
