Mental Health Worker / Bachelor-Level Therapist

What You’ll Do
- Provide team-based (60%) and individual (40%) therapy and case management to children and families in homes and community settings
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Assist with treatment planning, assessments, and documentation
- Participate in psychiatric evaluations and care coordination
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Follow CASSP principles, HIPAA standards, and mandated reporter requirements
Schedule flexibility required, including daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or related Human Services field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CASSP or children/adolescent behavioral health setting
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required background screenings
