YOUR DAY-TO-DAY


This Manufacturing Industrial Engineer position combines your strong math skills with your project management knowledge and problem-solving abilities, and every day is a new opportunity to help us improve! You analyze our current processes and daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and execute new procedures to optimize our production. Your ultimate goal is to increase efficiency while minimizing waste and cutting costs.


To optimize operations along all phases of the production process, you manage schedules, enforce quality control measures, and design new control systems. You evaluate employee duties and responsibilities to develop ways to coordinate services and identify tools for improving efficiency. Attentively, you compile equipment lists, conduct cost analyses, produce cost estimates, and gather purchase orders before starting a new project. Your contributions help enhance our overall quality and day-to-day efficiency!


Here's what you need to become our Manufacturing Industrial Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field such as industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or civil
  • Relevant engineering work or internship experience
  • Ability to use calculus, trigonometry, algebra, and other types of math to perform basic and advanced calculations determining process productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical recommendations in layman's terms
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to accurately evaluate and interpret data
