We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our Corporate Accounting Office. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing title applications, creating title documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. As well as communicating all information needed in a timely manner with our franchise dealerships.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Title Clerk or in a similar automotive industry role.
- Strong knowledge of title processing procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**
- Process title applications and verify accuracy of information.
- Create and maintain title files and records.
- Ensure all title documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding title status.
- Assist with resolving any title-related issues or discrepancies.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, while in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
