We’re currently seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our high-performing recruiting teams: permanent placement, temporary staffing and high volume accounts. From managing automation flows to streamlining candidate acquisition and onboarding, your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional talent to our clients—efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Candidate Flow:

• Post and monitor job ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, DWS, etc.
• Review ad performance and ensure our listings stay competitive
• Collaborate with recruiters on job posting strategies and candidate pipeline needs
• Leverage database campaigns and email marketing to engage talent
• Refine and Maintain Recruiting Systems:
• Build and audit automation flows for high-volume accounts
• Partner with recruiting teams to create repeatable processes that scale
• Maintain key reports and dashboards, including recruiting activity metrics and volume hiring updates

Support Team Success:

• Maintain low cost-per-application through strategic ad budgeting
• Keep internal reports current for weekly meetings and quarterly reviews
• Drive consistency and clarity in data reporting to support business decisions

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in business operations, recruiting coordination, or a related field
• High proficiency in working with job boards, recruiting software, and automation tools; strong technical skills with MSExcel
• A systems-thinker mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on process improvement
• A collaborative spirit and genuine interest in supporting team success
