We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Engineer to improve and optimize our production systems, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement systems that optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline operations.
  • Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and process simulations.
  • Recommend equipment upgrades and facility layout changes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+years of experience in industrial/process engineering or operations improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis (Excel, Minitab, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 1+ years experience with welding processes
