Our organization is in search of a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year, SY26/27. This position is centered around evaluating and providing treatment for students experiencing speech and language challenges, guiding them towards achieving their communication objectives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with educational staff and parents to develop and execute tailored therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Design and implement individualized therapy strategies.
- Work in partnership with school personnel and families to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or certification as an SLP.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
