Surgical Technologist – Join an Advanced, Patient-Centered Ophthalmic Surgery Team!
Location: Northwest Eyes – Northgate ASC
Compensation: $25–$35/hr

Training is provided for new techs at the lower end of the pay range; experienced candidates may start higher.
What You’ll Do
• Process and sterilize surgical instruments to the highest standards
• Assist with instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures
• Understand surgical steps and anticipate the surgeon's needs
• Ensure exceptional patient care and collaborate with physicians and staff
• Maintain strict sterile technique and protect the sterile field
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the surgical team
Requirements:
What You Bring
• Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of sterile technique in an OR setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as an ophthalmic assistant preferred
• Current CPR/AED certification required (ACLS preferred)
