Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
Hours:
· Full-Time 4 days, Mon-Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm 10 hour shifts
· Part-Time, as available (no benefits)
· Friday’s Off! (Overtime is offered as available & infrequently mandatory)

Our team is hands-on, versatile, and committed to respect for each other and quality and safety in our work. From sewing and light assembly to CNC operation, our employees play a vital role in crafting products that make a real difference for our customers.
What You’ll Do
· Perform hands-on assembly; cutting, gluing, welding, or fastening foam mattress components
· Rotate between roles, including packaging, machine operation, assembly line, and sewing
· Follow detailed work instructions, maintain safety procedures, and uphold regulatory compliance.
· Conduct in-process inspections and identify defects to ensure top-quality products.
