Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Specialist
Type of Employment:
Temp to Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite
Compensation: $25-$27 an hour
Location: Beaverton, OR

Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Beaverton, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
  • Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Following up on overdue accounts
  • Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.


To be a suitable candidate, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounts receivable experience is required.
  • BA or AA in Accounting, Finance or related is preferred not required
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
