Sessler Family Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our family-owned dental practice in Cuba, NY.

Please note: Current NYS Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification is required. Applications from non-registered individuals will not be considered.

Our office has proudly served the community for over 18 years and utilizes modern technology including Dentrix Ascend, digital X-rays, CBCT imaging, and 3D intraoral scanning. We are looking for a dependable, motivated team member who values patient care, professionalism, and teamwork.

Schedule:

· Monday – Thursday

· 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

· No nights

· No weekends

· Consistent 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends

Pay:

• $22.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

· Assist chairside during dental procedures

· Take digital X-rays and assist with 3D scanning

· Prepare and sterilize operatories and instruments

· Maintain accurate records in Dentrix Ascend

· Support a positive patient experience throughout treatment

· Follow proper infection control protocols

· Work closely with doctors and team members to support daily operations

Qualifications:

· Current NYS RDA certification required

· Dental assisting experience preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
