We are a fast-growing company specializing in automotive diagnostic technologies and intelligent vehicle solutions. Our products are widely used in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair markets.



About the Role

To support our expansion in the European market, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in our French office in Paris and another one based in our US company (Ontario, California, United States), to provide technical support, customer training and product application assistance for our automotive diagnostic solutions.



Responsibilities


Pre-sales Technical Support

  • Provide technical consultation and solution support for automotive diagnostic products.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, technical presentations and testing.
  • Support customers with product configuration, debugging and diagnostics workflow.


Customer Training & Technical Promotion

  • Deliver technical training for distributors, workshops and partners.
  • Develop training materials, manuals and technical documentation.
  • Support product demonstrations, exhibitions and technical promotion activities.


Product Application & Feedback

  • Collect feedback from customers and partners regarding product usage and technical needs.
  • Work closely with headquarters’ R&D and product teams to improve product functions and localization.
  • Participate in product testing and validation activities.


Market & Technical Support

  • Support regional technical activities and pre-sales projects.
  • Analyze customer application scenarios and market needs to support product improvement.



Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in automotive technical support, field application engineering or diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of automotive electronic systems (ECU, CAN bus, OBD diagnostics).
  • Experience providing technical training or customer technical support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
  • Fluent in English.



Nice to Have

Fluency in French is a plus for candidates applying to our French subsidiary.
