Sunflower Development Center is a warm, family-centered pediatric therapy practice that provides ABA, Speech, and OT services to children in a supportive and naturalistic environment. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable personal assistant to support our Director and CEO in day-to-day operations while also helping keep our center clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting the CEO and Director with administrative tasks and errands

Organizing schedules, organizing emails, and helping with administrative tasks

Communicating with staff, vendors, and families professionally and promptly
-
Keeping the center tidy and sanitized throughout the day (light cleaning, wiping surfaces, organizing, resetting spaces)

Helping set up and restock rooms, materials, and common areas
-
Supporting with center organization and special events as needed

Highly dependable and trustworthy

Detail-oriented and efficient

Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced, child-centered environment

Friendly, flexible, and eager to help wherever needed

Prior experience in admin, childcare, or education settings is a plus

Must be able to pass a CORI/background check
Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time options available. Some daytime availability required.
