Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated leader who will serve as a steward of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Center mission and guiding values, ensuring that children and adults in our community receive comprehensive, person-centered behavioral health services. This role specifically supports clinicians and medical providers who provide fee for service clinical services, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation program, Perinatal services, Medicated Assisted Recovery and Medication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Bedford Counseling Associates (BCA) clinical staff; the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program staff, and the Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) coordinator and staff.
- Recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
- Supervise clinical staff, nurses, medical assistants, interns and candidates for licensure.
- Maintains staffing with contractors, collaborating with community partners
- Chair the Clinical/Administrative BCA Staff Meetings 1-2 a month
- Cover supervisory issues for Bedford Counseling Associates and Medication Services
- Provide direct clinical services to a small caseload of Bedford Counseling patients.
- Manage a variety of agency reports regarding billing
- Intake schedules for clinical staff
- Staff time cards and vacation schedules

Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Position is primarily on site at 2 Wall Street
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience: At least 5 years of related experience
Education: A master’s degree in a clinical field such as social work or clinical mental health is required.

Salary Range: $92,622 - $115,778
