Tri-Hill Building Services (TBS) is seeking a Certified Fire Guard (F-01) to provide temporary fire watch coverage at a residential building during a system impairment period. This assignment is expected to last approximately 30–60 days, with the potential for extension based on operational needs. OVERNIGHT OR DAY SHIFTS
The Fire Guard will be responsible for maintaining a continuous fire watch, ensuring resident safety, and complying with all NYC Fire Department (FDNY) regulations.
Requirements
- Valid FDNY F-01 Fire Guard Certificate of Fitness
- Prior experience in residential or commercial building fire watch preferred
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain attentive for extended periods
- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
