We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and precision.
Responsibilities
- Differentiate between good and bad heaters, circuits, and wire wound panels.
- Inspect your own work to ensure it meets product requirements and descriptions.
- Clean raw materials and finished parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
- Prepare pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) application and the bladder press for PSA.
- Tape heaters on boards for potting or conformal coating.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in soldering and crimping.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in work orders, assembly, troubleshooting, and using measuring tools.
- Self-starter with data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic math knowledge.
- Ability to speak and read English fluently.
- Punctuality and reliability in showing up on time.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit, and organized manufacturing floor. The standard work hours are from 7 am to 3 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
