Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to working within a K-8 educational setting. This on-site role is designed for professionals who are seeking a contract assignment spanning the full school year, working two days per week to deliver expert speech and language support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech therapy plans for K-8 students
  • Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to integrate speech goals within the classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program standards
  • Provide guidance and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist certification/licensure
  • Experience working with children from kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Ability to work effectively on-site two days per week throughout the school year
  • Openness to supervising and collaborating with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
