Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- PT license in good standing
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience

Assignment Details

- Shift hours: 0900-1730
- Weekend requirement: one weekend per month on Saturday in the inpatient setting
- Float requirement: will work outpatient at a satellite location and float to inpatient
- EMR: EPIC
