Schedule Available:

Mon-Friday with weekend on- call every 6-8 weeks

Summary:
<ul>
<li>
Manage resident care needs according to care plans,
</li>
<li>
Supervising and coaching staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met
</li>
<li>
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
</li>
<li>
Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
</li>
<li>
Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
</li>
<li>
Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
</li>
<li>
Participate in on call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year
</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

Current Maine RN
</li>
<li>
Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor
</li>
