We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our restaurant in Cottleville, MO. This role is perfect for a high-energy restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance people, food, and results. Candidates with experience in pizza restaurant concepts tend to be a great fit for our style of service and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members and shift leaders
- Ensure excellent guest experience through strong hospitality and service standards
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage labor, food costs, and inventory to meet financial goals
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards at all times
- Step into full operational leadership when the General Manager is off-site
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (pizza concepts are a strong plus)
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with a “lead from the front” mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$65,000
- Target Bonus: $5,000–$10,000 annually
- Hours: 50–60 hours per week
