Luxury Director of Food & Beverage Qualifications:

• At least five years of leadership experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or resort.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and P&L analysis.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed goals and enhance guest experiences.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing diverse F&B outlets and banquets with P&L responsibilities.
• Proficient in Micros and online purchasing systems.
• Skilled in analyzing turnover trends and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Experienced in mentoring, developing talent, and managing disciplinary discussions.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with staff at all levels, including Sales and Catering leadership.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods.

Luxury Director of Food & Beverage Responsibilities:

• Ensure every guest receives consistent, attentive, and high-quality service.
• Foster and promote the ALL-IN culture within the team.
• Continuously evaluate F&B team performance to drive excellence.
• Implement training programs and succession planning to develop future leaders within the department.
• Partner with the Director of Restaurants, Outlet Managers, and Executive Chef to craft innovative, trend-driven menu offerings that exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee recipe compliance and banquet food preparation, streamlining the coordination of F&B products for seamless event execution.
• Analyze daily specials and sales trends, comparing them to production sheets and sales targets..
• Supervise service staff efficiency, ensuring timely food pick-up and proper storage procedures in the kitchen.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and health codes while managing waste reduction initiatives.
• Assess production planning against forecasts, including banquet operations, ensuring accurate daily reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Review daily inventory reports, monitor food costs, and take corrective action when necessary.
