- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks\n
- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) — night shift RRT\n

- Openings: 2 travel RRT positions\n

\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC (required)\n
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapist (RT) license\n
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital RRT experience (critical care experience preferred)\n
- At least one prior travel assignment preferred\n
- Stroke education and experience preferred\n
- Previous Meditech experience preferred but not required\n
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide respiratory assessment, treatment, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies including asthma, pneumonia, COPD/emphysema\n
- Operate and manage equipment: oxygen cylinders, nebulizers, suction, CPAP & BiPAP, V60, Servo-1, Servo-U, and high-flow oxygen systems\n
- Deliver critical care support and ventilator management for adult (and pediatric as needed) patients in an acute care hospital setting\n
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment\n
- Document respiratory care accurately in Meditech and maintain compliance with hospital policies\n
- Adapt to varying patient ratios and work independently as a travel RRT when required\n
