Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a remote opportunity where your work makes an impact? Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk supporting the Child Support Department. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of accurate data management—helping ensure families and communities get the support they need. This is a full-time, remote position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). We’ll provide all the equipment you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter and verify data from program documents into secure databases
- Generate reports, flag inconsistencies, and keep management informed
- Run queries and support analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Take on special projects and provide consistent updates to stakeholders
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance with department procedures
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues
- Provide essential administrative support that keeps projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- Education/Experience: High School diploma with 2–4 years of experience (additional training or education a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage semi-routine tasks while recognizing when to adapt
- Comfortable communicating and problem-solving with different stakeholders
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
