Papa’s Pork Chop is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Cashier / Food Service Worker to join our food truck team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
As part of the Papa’s Pork Chop team, you will help create a welcoming experience for customers while serving our signature pork chop sandwiches, sloppy joes, and nearly world-famous cheddar garlic fries.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders at the order window
- Deliver food and beverages at the pick-up window
- Answer questions about menu items and daily specials
- Ensure guests feel welcome and appreciated
- Handle customer requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist with additional food service duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
