Job DescriptionManufacturing Associate –
Location: Wellington, COWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing quality products, enjoys hands-on work, and can thrive in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:
- Manufacture machined or molded products
- Perform precise cutting, drilling, milling, and assembly of products
- Package finished products and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Operate and maintain production equipment and assemblies
- Complete clerical tasks such as work orders and documentation
- Accurately track materials used and returned to inventory
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs and improve processes
- Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $19/hour – DOE
