Requirements:

A Domestic Expansion/Partner Manager job focuses on assisting on driving business growth and managing service and recruiting expansion partners within the United States (domestic) through strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing partnerships to expand market reach, increase revenue, and enhance the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Partnership Development:

Identifying and recruiting new partners, developing and managing relationships with existing partners, and negotiating partnership agreements.


  • Market Expansion:

Expanding the company's reach within the domestic market through strategic alliances and collaborations.


  • Revenue Generation:

Increasing revenue through partner-driven initiatives and partner-influenced sales.


  • Partner Onboarding and Support:

Guiding new partners through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.


  • Relationship Management:

Cultivating strong relationships with partners to foster trust and collaboration.


  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitoring partner performance and providing regular reports on key metrics.


  • Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals and communicating effectively with partners.


  • Market Research:

Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Essential for building and maintaining relationships and negotiating partnership agreements.
