- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 25, 2026 – August 24, 2026)\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230\n
- Role: Travel Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) / Home Health Nurse\n
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday\n
- Hours per Week: 40\n
- Call Requirements: One week of night on-call every 6–7 weeks (5 PM – 8 AM) and that weekend; no night visits required\n
- Patient Load: 5–6 patients per day\n
- Documentation System: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) – experience with HCHB preferred\n
- Dress Code: Navy blue or navy/white scrubs\n

- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact RN license eligibility (compact state applicants encouraged)\n
- At least 1 year of recent home health nursing and/or hospice nursing experience\n
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for patient visits\n
- Strong documentation, organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic charting (HCHB experience preferred)\n
- Ability to work independently as a travel nurse and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care\n
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to clinical excellence\n
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to home health and hospice patients in Asheville and surrounding Franklin/Macon County areas\n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans as a Home Health RN\n
- Perform skilled nursing procedures consistent with scope of practice and agency policies\n
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team\n
- Document all visits and clinical interventions accurately and timely using HCHB\n
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation (no night visits required) and communicate effectively with clinical managers and case managers\n
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that supports quality outcomes in the home setting\n
