School Psychologist Summit Argo, IL

Blazer Works is partnering with a school district in the Summit Argo, Illinois area to hire a compassionate and qualified School Psychologist. In this role, you will collaborate with students, staff, and families to support academic success, mental health, and social-emotional development. We're seeking someone who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive, social, academic, and behavioral needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and other support personnel

• Participate in crisis intervention and implement behavior management strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required

• Valid Illinois licensure and certification as a School Psychologist

• Experience in an educational setting strongly preferred

• Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention

• Must meet all state and district background check and certification requirements
