Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active NJ Special Education Teaching license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies for diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide inclusion support
- Develop and adapt lesson plans aligning with students’ unique abilities
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents, related service providers, and school teams
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom emphasizing growth and achievement
