New Leaf Senior Transitions is hiring a Downsizing and Packing Coordinator to join our team. We are NOT a moving company. We help older adults and their families through life's biggest transitions — downsizing, packing, setting up new homes, estate clean-outs, and hoarding clean-outs.
Our focus is people, not boxes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Help seniors sort, organize, and pack their belongings with care and compassion
- Set up new living spaces so they feel like home on day one
- Work alongside a team lead on every job
- Handle personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items with discretion
- Support families during estate and hoarding clean-outs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Someone who genuinely cares about helping people
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Comfortable taking direction from a team lead
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle the emotional weight of the work without burning out
- Physically able to pack, lift, and stay on your feet for extended hours
SCHEDULE & PAY:
- Most shifts are 5-7 hours
- Move days may run 10-12 hours (several times per month)
- Occasional weekends
- Flexible scheduling between jobs REMOVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse in Roseville. Carpooling available to job sites.
- Must pass a background check
- Experience working with seniors is a plus but not required
