The Role
We are seeking a Closing Department Manager to oversee the closing process for all files while leading a small team. This role ensures settlements move efficiently from resolution through disbursement with strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the closing workflow for all case files in the Boca Raton office
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team while maintaining accountability and efficiency
- Review settlement documents, closing statements, liens, and disbursements for accuracy and completeness
- Track deadlines and partner with attorneys, case managers, and accounting to ensure timely file resolution
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience required
- Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Highly detail oriented, organized, and deadline driven
- Strong working knowledge of PI settlements, liens, and closing procedures
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
