Salary Range: $41,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust manufacturing presses according to job specifications.
• Operate various types of presses to produce quality parts.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues or machine malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing presses or similar heavy machinery.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and quality control documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts within specified tolerances.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and HMIs
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Basic electrical or hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Welding or fabrication experience
